Returns & Exchanges:  At DMD Boutique, we want our customers to love their purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.

Condition:  Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.  Sale items and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items:  Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, intimates, and accessories unless they are damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item:  Contact our customer service team at salessupport@dmdboutique.com with your order number to request a return authorization.  Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.  Securely, pack the item in its original packaging and attach the return shipping label. 

Processing Returns:  Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it for damages or signs of wear.  You will be notified via email once your return is processed.

Refunds:  Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is processed.  Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.  Please allow 7 -10 business days for your refund to be credited to your account after we received your returned items.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.  Once the return is received, we will issue a refund for the original purchase.  Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:  If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.  We will provide a full refund or replacement and cover the return shipping costs.
