Returns & Exchanges:  At DMD Boutique, we want our customers to love their purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.

Condition:  Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.  Sale items and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Return an Item:  Contact our customer service team at salessupport@dmdboutique.com with your order number to request a return authorization.  Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.  Securely, pack the item in its original packaging and attach the return shipping label.

Processing Returns:  Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it for damages or signs of wear.  You will be notified via email once your return is processed.

Refunds:  Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is processed.  Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.  Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be credited to your account after we received your return items.

Exchanges:  If you with to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.  Once the return is received, we will issue a refund for the original purchase.  Exchanges are subject to product availability.  If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:  If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.  We will provide a full refund or replacement and cover the return shipping costs.

Customized Items are non-refundable.
