Return & Refund Policy:  Custom-made leather or fur coats are almost always Final Sale.

Defects/Errors:  If the item is defective or doesn't match the agreed specifications, we will gladly replace it.

Size Errors:  Custom coats often rely on customer-provided measurements.  If sizing specifications are incorrect due to customer measurements, then the customer will not be able to receive refund or exchange it.
